About this policy
This policy explains what information Horse Museum uses to run accounts, game servers, support, and security. Questions can be sent to ydris@starriders.at.
Information we use
- Account information, including your username, password hash, account UID, and selected character names.
- Game information, including progress, inventory, horses, currency balances, clubs, friends, mail, chat, and moderation status.
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including IP address, game version, connection events.
- Messages and details you provide when contacting support.
How we use it
We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, save progress, operate multiplayer features, provide support, prevent abuse, investigate technical problems, and maintain the service.
Payments
Account top-ups are not available yet. If payments are introduced, the payment provider will process payment details. Horse Museum may receive the amount, status, date, and transaction reference needed to credit an account and handle support. The final price and payment terms will be shown before confirmation.
Retention
Account and game data are kept while the account is active or while needed to provide the service. Operational history is normally removed after 72 hours.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete your account information by texting support.
Changes
This page will be updated when the service or its data practices change.
